How to add notes for the client in the treatment screen

The treatment screen is available with PatientNow Essentials. To upgrade your account, please contact our Sales Team at 800.436.3150 or sales@patientnow.com.

This tab allows you to view and enter notes for the client into your practice management. These notes will be visible from all treatments and on the client profile.
