How to apply service fees and the non-taxable option using the Ticket Details button

Selecting the ticket details button will open the popup box.

Include Service Fee

Use the "Include Service Fee" option here to apply or remove the service fee from the ticket. Service fee percentage and name are created in the Company Settings.

Non-Taxable

If the "Non-Taxable" option is selected here, the entire ticket will be made non-taxable.
