How to create Employee Goals
Employee Goals are used to set target levels for your business employees.
Employees > Employee Options > Employee Goal Setup
To open the Employee Goals List, hover over Employees on the Tool Bar of Envision, hover over Employee Options, and select Employee Goal Setup from the drop-down menu.
To add a new Goal Plan, select to Add a New Goal Plan in the menu to the left.
Goals will need to be entered for each provider type and provider level you wish to set objectives for. If a field is left at zero, the goal will not be calculated.
Goals in Standard Edition
The standard edition of Envision allows for basic goal entry and tracking.
Enhanced Employee Goals are available in the Preferred & Ultimate editions of the Envision program. You can upgrade your account on the Account Subscription page.
Goals in Preferred & Ultimate Edition
Front Desk Operator Goals--FDO Goals (Don't forget to click SAVE)
Goal Name
Enter a name for your goal. If you will have several goal plans, be as descriptive as possible. For example, "Stylist Level 1" or "Esthetic Level 3".
Goal Type
Select from the drop-down if this will be a goal level for front desk operators or service providers. The available goal entries will change per type.
RTS% (Retail to Service)
Enter the goal retail to service percentage for the business.
Prebook %
Enter the goal pre-book percentage for the business.
Gift Certificates Sold
Enter a goal number of gift certificates to sell.
Referrals by Desk Personnel
Enter the number of referrals to be made by the front desk operators.
Service Provider Goals
Service providers will have additional goal entry fields for appointments and service types.
Total Number of Guests
Enter a number of guests for this provider to service.
Number of Prebooks
Enter a number of prebooks for this provider to complete.
Prebook Percentage
Enter the goal percentage of prebooks for this provider.
Total Number of Services
Enter a number of services for this provider to complete.
Retail Dollars per Guest
Enter a goal amount of the average retail dollars spent per guest.
Average Dollars Per Day
Enter the goal number of dollars to earn in sales.
Retail Dollars Per Guest
Enter a goal amount of the retail dollars spent per guest.
Retail Units Per Guest
Enter a goal number of units or items per guest.
Total Retail Dollars
Enter the target dollar amount for retail items sold by this provider.
Total Service Dollars
Enter the target dollar amount for services performed by this provider.
Appointment Type Goals
Appointment Type goals can be input in this section. Appointment types come directly from the appointment type list. If a field is left at zero, the goal will not be calculated.
Service Type Goals
Service Type goals can be input in this section. Service types some directly from the service types list. If a field is left at zero, the goal will not be calculated.
