We are constantly updating and adding new features based on needs and wants of our clients. The following features were released as soon as they were ready because we know they are important to your business and industry standards.
Our medspa updates include:

📝 Improved Access to the "Send Forms" button
Now you will be able to send forms to clients while on the Treatment screen or on a client's profile. Under either UMR tab, you can now easily access the option to send forms for clients to complete without leaving the client's records. See below for images on where these new buttons are located.

🔍 Ability to Search on the Send Forms screen
You will be able to search for specific forms by name on the Send Forms screen. If you have multiple form packs, you can more easily navigate and find a specific form pack to send to a client.
🛡️ Treatment Screen Security Options 
If you would like to grant a staff member access to the Treatment screen without the ability to prescribe medications, you can now select the specific level of access. Current employees with access to both the Treatment screen and the ability to prescribe medications will continue to have that level of access without required action.
🔐 PMHx tab Security Options 
If you would prefer to limit staff members from having the ability to access or view the PMHx tab within the Treatment screen, you will be able to select or unselect this access option. Each component of the PMHx tab will have its own access option, ie. chronic conditions, allergies, medication history and surgeries. Current employees with access to the PMHx tab will continue to have access without action.
