This quarter we are excited to announce our quarter three new and enhanced features! Some of these features will increase revenue and some will make your experience with Envision Cloud even easier than before! Like always, we focused on suggestions made by you through our ideas/suggestions site!
Here are the features we have added & enhanced:
Sales & POS
Envision’s NEW Peak Pricing will allow businesses to setup a series of rules that will alter the price of services based upon dates / times that the business is busy or in peak utilization. (Ultimate Only)
You now have the option to disable points deducted from a clients loyalty point program.
Tippy Integration Preparation (Details coming soon!)
Envision Cloud is prepared to integrate with Tippy - a digital tipping solution built for your industry. Clients can send tips directly to their service provider, reducing credit card processing fees for the company and increasing tips for staff. You can use Tippy as a stand-alone system today and have a head start when the Envision Cloud - Tippy integration is ready.

Clients & Employees
Now you can easily see your employees ID, full name, mobile phone, active, department, type, and security profile all from the employee list. We have also added client type, first and last visit date, and client/patient id's to the client list.
ℹ️ Patient ID is the Medical Record Number (MRN)
We've added a the option you have asked for! Now you can require an address when a client/patient creates an account with your business.
Now you can easily see your clients first and last visit date on their client record.
When adding new items to a PO they would go to the bottom of the list until you saved and reopened the PO screen, now they will automatically order alphabetically!
View reports for all your locations in the Envision Cloud app. (Release on Oct 6th)
Use a stored doctor/nurse signature from now on to know exactly who signed.
Stored doctor/nurse signatures will store their printed name underneath.
Not only can you delete individual forms from the treatment screen but you can now delete entire form packs!
