🔃 Round Robin "First Available" Appointments 
When there are improvements offered up by our current users, we take note and make changes. Previously, the system would book "First Available" appointments based on the schedule order.
Envision Cloud will now round-robin first available appointments for online booking so that every employee gets a full calendar.
💉 Equipment Tab in Treatment Record (MedSpa)
The Equipment Tab allows you to track and chart aesthetic treatments that utilize machines, products, or other physical items. The tab will provide any relevant information for future reference on a patient's past services and their specific attributes. With this feature, now customized charting can be completely digital.
📝Membership Program Edits in Audit Log
If there is a change made on billing for a client's membership, any adjustments will be logged and displayed on the Audit Log under the "Membership" module. The change will list which employee made the change, the membership program selected, the cycle option and the next and last billing date.
💲 Discount/Coupon Extended Price Limit
When applying discounts or coupons to a ticket at check out, the extended amount listed for the client to pay will not allow for a negative amount. The check out will zero out to no payment owed if the discount or coupon exceeds the ticket amount.
